the programming side of ARIS. Version 3.0′s many improvements will include camera and 2-D barcode features.
Up to this point, ARIS gamejams have been all about experimenting with what is engaging about designing for space. Enough ideas have been generated that the team agreed to now focus on using these ideas with the ARIS engine.
With that in mind, the next theme is contested spaces. Using spatial affordances in ARIS mini-games is the plan! For more ideas, see this explanation by Kurt Squire and Henry Jenkins.
